You deploy it to your own free Cloudflare account in a couple of commands. Your meds, your blood pressure, your cycle - that data lives in your database and never touches mine or anyone else's. No accounts, no tracking, no selling your health data. It's yours.

⌨️ Comfort running 2–3 terminal commands - that's the honest barrier. If npx wrangler login doesn't scare you, you're golden. If it does, grab a techy friend for 10 minutes.

🤖 AI brain of your choice for the morning brief - Claude, OpenAI/GPT, Groq, OpenRouter, or free local Ollama. Bring your own key, billed to your account, or run it local for free.

📱 An Android phone + companion app to auto-sync sleep/HR/blood pressure from Health Connect(For Mac users you need to enter it manually sorry!)
